Clay Tile
Working with clay was another project that I didn't particularly enjoy, but as far as clay goes this project wasn't too bad. The most difficult part in doing this project was shaping the clay to look like it does in our references. Another obstacle I faced when making this tile was creating the right texture in the clay to create a good background.
landscape painting
This wasn't one of my favorite projects mainly because I don't like to paint. But by picking a simple reference, it made the project a lot more bearable. The most difficult part dealing with painting on a canvas such as this is making the texture on certain parts of the painting look as it does on the reference. A good example of this is the leaves on the tree.
